Rolecall scans employer career pages on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, scores every new role against your criteria, prepares a tailored CV, cover letter and screening answers, then fills in and submits the employer's own application form. It saves a snapshot of every form it completes.

Up to 50 applications a day, which is about 1,500 a month. You choose your own daily limit, and Rolecall only applies to roles above your minimum match score.

Yes. In review mode Rolecall prepares each application and waits for your approval, which takes one click. In full autopilot it submits within your daily limit and only asks you when it needs an answer it cannot give truthfully.

No. Rolecall reorders, rephrases and emphasises your real experience for each role. It never invents employers, job titles, dates, qualifications or skills, and it never guesses answers about legal status, sponsorship or salary.

Rolecall never bypasses CAPTCHAs. When an employer asks for a human check or a question Rolecall cannot answer from your profile, the application moves to your Needs you list with everything prepared, so you can finish it in a minute.

Rolecall applies directly on employer career pages hosted on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, which cover a large share of technology, finance and startup employers. Roles on other systems are prepared for you to submit yourself.

Yes. You can pause Rolecall at any time from your dashboard with one switch, and change your roles, locations, filters and daily limit whenever you like.
