Where Rolecall finds jobs
Rolecall reads employer career pages on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby directly, several times a day. It removes roles that have closed, so it never applies to stale listings.
How roles are matched
Every new role gets a match score based on your job titles, locations and remote preference, seniority, work type and the skills on your CV. Roles below your minimum score, or that mention words or companies you excluded, are skipped.
How each application is tailored
For each match Rolecall rewrites your CV headline and summary, puts your most relevant skills and experience first and writes a cover letter. It uses your real experience only.
How screening questions are answered
Rolecall answers from your profile first, then from your saved answers, and drafts anything new from your CV. Legal, sponsorship and salary questions are only answered from what you told it. Every edit you make is remembered.
What you control
Review mode holds every application for your one click approval. Full autopilot submits within your daily limit of up to 50. You can pause at any time.
