Billing questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Plan and billing in your dashboard. Your paid features stay on until the end of the month you've paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing you've built is deleted.
How do payments work?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are handled securely by Paystack, monthly by card, and charged in South African rand: Paystack shows the exact rand amount before you pay. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it, so the final amount can differ slightly with exchange rates and any card fees. Rolecall never sees or stores your card number.
Why is the price different in my country?
Rolecall sets prices by region so the plans are fair for job seekers everywhere. Your price is based on where you are when you first sign up, and stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Choose a different plan on this page at any time. The new plan starts as soon as payment goes through and your previous subscription is cancelled, so you're never billed for both. The previous plan isn't refunded for the days left in its month.
What happens if a payment fails?
Paystack retries the card over the next few days and your plan keeps working while it does. You can update your card from Plan and billing.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan has no time limit. Use it to see the roles Rolecall finds and the applications it prepares, then upgrade when you want more volume or autopilot.
