These terms apply when you use Rolecall (“Rolecall”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Rolecall.
1. What Rolecall does
Rolecall is a job search service. It finds job listings, prepares applications using the information you give us, and, if you choose, submits them to employers on your behalf. It also offers AI career tools.
Rolecall does not guarantee interviews, job offers or any particular outcome. Employers make their own decisions.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18, give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Applying on your behalf
By turning on your copilot, you authorise Rolecall to submit job applications for you to roles that match your settings, using your CV, contact details and saved answers, and to accept each employer's standard application terms and privacy notice on your behalf when an application form requires it.
You're responsible for making sure everything you give us is true and up to date. Rolecall will not invent experience or answer legal, sponsorship or salary questions without your saved answers. In review mode, nothing is sent until you approve it. You can pause your copilot at any time.
4. AI generated content
CVs, cover letters, answers and advice are produced with AI. Check anything important before relying on it. Salary figures and market information are estimates, not financial advice.
5. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Paystack, in South African rand. Prices are shown on the pricing page and depend on your region. You can cancel at any time. Paid features continue until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't refund partial months unless the law requires it. If a payment fails, we may move your account to the Free plan.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Rolecall to submit false information, apply for roles you have no genuine interest in, misuse employers' systems, or break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Liability
Rolecall is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for employers' actions, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
